In a proactive response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 crisis, The Only Solution for Training and Consulting introduced the “Develop Yourself” initiative—a series of free, intensive interactive online sessions launched in May 2020. Targeting employees across various sectors, the initiative comprised three focused forums addressing leadership development, advanced training skills, and personal skill enhancement.
The institute aimed through this initiative to enable 256 participants to build their capabilities, boost self-confidence, and transform the quarantine period into an opportunity for growth and development. The initiative achieved significant success, underscoring the urgent need for such programs that contribute to the development and qualification of national cadres to meet evolving labor market demands during uncertain times.
