As part of its commitment to integrating practical experience into its training programs, The Only Solution for Training and Consulting organized a field visit to the Jordanian Ministry of Tourism in February 2019, as a core component of its specialized program in “Tourism Crisis Management.”
This visit provided participants with a unique opportunity to engage directly with ministry officials and gain insight into the strategies and procedures used to manage various types of tourism-related crises.
The objective of the visit was to deepen participants’ understanding of the Ministry’s operational mechanisms and how coordination between public and private sectors is maintained to ensure the continuity of the tourism industry and mitigate the impact of crises.
Participants emphasized the value of this hands-on experience in reinforcing the theoretical concepts covered throughout the program. They noted that the visit significantly broadened their perspectives on real-world crisis management in the tourism sector and strengthened their ability to apply theory in practice.
