As part of its ongoing commitment to enhancing its training programs and equipping participants with up-to-date knowledge and skills, The Only Solution for Training and Consulting organized a field visit to the University of Jordan Library in November 2018.
The visit aimed to enrich the “Advanced Secretarial Skills, Document Management, and Archiving” program by enabling participants to explore effective information management techniques and improve access to resources. Additionally, it provided insights into document organization strategies that contribute to enhancing administrative efficiency and achieving high-quality institutional work.
The visit featured in-depth discussions on best practices in secretarial work and the development of administrative systems aligned with modern requirements. Experts and participants exchanged ideas and experiences on ways to improve job performance and contribute to organizational development.
