As part of its commitment to developing administrative competencies, The Only Solution for Training and Consulting arranged a specialized field visit to the University of Jordan in November 2018. The visit targeted participants from the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia enrolled in the “Strategies for Administrative Planning and Organization” program, aiming to equip them with the latest knowledge and skills in management.
This visit offered a unique opportunity for participants to closely observe best practices in administrative planning and process organization within major institutions. They studied methods of human resource management and internal organization, explored strategies for enhancing operational efficiency, and fostered innovation in operations management. Participants also engaged directly with university officials to discuss challenges and effective solutions in the administrative field.
The visit included guided tours of various university departments and meetings with academic and administrative leaders, significantly enhancing the participants’ practical skills.
