In a pioneering move to enhance hands-on training, The Only Solution for Training and Consulting organized a specialized field visit to the National Library of Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur during February 2015. The visit was part of the "Advanced Electronic Indexing and Archiving of Documents and Files" program and aimed to enrich participants’ learning experience by providing a unique opportunity to observe state-of-the-art technologies and global best practices in digital records management and modern archiving.
Participants actively engaged in various activities designed to deepen their understanding of library workflows and apply the theoretical knowledge gained throughout the program.
